Appointment Policy

Afternoon, walk-in clients are always welcome,  however appointments are preferred.   Dr. Colbert's appointment times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between the hours of 2:30pm and 6:00pm.  Tuesday and Thursday, Dr. Colbert is available in the morning from 9:00am until noon, and in the afternoon between the hours of 2:30pm and 6:00pm.  Saturday, Dr. Colbert is available for drop-offs, and he takes appointments between 10:30am and noon.   Remember, drop-offs are welcome any time and Dr. Colbert is more than happy to discuss any and all findings with you once you return for pick-up.     

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, debit cards, cash and personal checks.

Patient Boarding Policy

For the safety and protection of your pet, Columbiana Road Pet Wellness Center requires proof of vaccination prior to your pet being allowed to board at our facility.  Should your pet not be current on their vaccines, we will be more than happy to administer the necessary vaccinations upon your arrival. 

Care Credit, Our Hospital's Payment Plan

Our staff fully understands that certain, emergency situations will arise, and these occurrences can place a financial strain on anyone's budget.  At times, a payment plan is necessary; thus, our hospital is pleased to offer our clients Care Credit- a medical, payment plan.  The application process is simple and approval is instant.  Care Credit can also be used for elective, surgical procedures, or routine health and wellness visits.  Visit the Care Credit website (www.carecredit.com) for further information.
